About a year ago, we were gearing up for a major milestone—the opening of our 4th Pet Warehouse store. After meticulous research, logistics planning, and plenty of hard work, we opened our new store at HRBR Layout, Bangalore, also known as Kalyan Nagar. And just like that, a year has flown by, filled with challenges and successes. We are pleased to say this store has been nothing short of a super hit!
From record-breaking sales to the immense popularity of our grooming services, Pet Warehouse has become a well-known name in this area. Here’s a look at what helped us grow so well over the last year:
1. Choosing the Right Location: HRBR Layout
The foundation of our success started with choosing the right location. We conducted deep research during the planning stage, looking for the ideal spot for our next store. HRBR Layout was the clear winner. The store's location on a wide, main road with ample parking made it convenient for our customers to access us easily. This strategic decision was instrumental in jumpstarting our sales from day one.
2. The Power of Grooming Services
Offering grooming services from day one just like all our stores, has been a game-changer for us.
