Return Process

Please provide the order number and registered email address or phone number.

Select the item you desire to return and send an email to with photographs and your justification.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the return request is accepted, along with instructions for the next steps.

All products that are being returned must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date; returns made after this window of time will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

An order cannot be canceled once it has shipped. If you want to cancel an order after it has shipped, please contact us by phone or email. If the order was paid for in advance, the reimbursement will start once the item has been delivered back to the hub.

Return Charges

Return will not be charged for however shipping charges will not be refunded.

Return Time

Our team will inspect the returned item as soon as it is received and will send you an email to let you know that it has been received. You will also be informed if the refund request has been approved or denied.

If accepted, your refund will be processed and reimbursed to your original method of payment within 7–13 business days.
